This is our one and only mortgage. We no longer have escrow set up,etc. I have been calling Wells Fargo for over a year, since they took over Wachovia, asking SPECIFICALLY what this mortgage is and WHY it was set up that way.&nbsp; Their response?? Seriously..."we have NO clue!"&nbsp; I called WF today, and the mortgage rep there actually chucked and said the same thing...he had no clue, but he actually used the words "Wachovia did shady things!"
