I want to apply for a mortgage, but the home I am wanting with just my income doesn't qualify. I have good credit as well as my husband. The only delay is my husband currently has a mortgage conventional loan. With which the payments fell behind by 30days in Jan 2013, but haven't been late since. I want to get a mortgage in my name and somehow use his income as well. We are going to rent out current home. Does anyone know if there is any kind if mortgage loan we can get by doing this? Ive never owned a home by the way. Thanks in advance

7 replies Tue, 25 Mar 2014 21:15:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Can-I-add-use-my-husbands-income-when-applying-for-a-mortgage-without-using-his-credit/533776/ 2014-03-25T21:15:00Z Reverse Mortgag Loans - OklahomaWhere is the best http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Reverse-Mortgag-Loans-OklahomaWhere-is-the-best/419402/ 1 reply Sat, 15 Oct 2011 20:26:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Reverse-Mortgag-Loans-OklahomaWhere-is-the-best/419402/ 2011-10-15T20:26:00Z need lenders for itin home mortgages in Oklahoma http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/need-lenders-for-itin-home-mortgages-in-Oklahoma/428943/ We know the big lenders ( wells fargo, citibank, etc.)are making these loans in the large population markets like L.A.,CHICAGO,HOUSTON,N.Y.ALL THE LARGE MARKETS, But the small markets like Oklahoma are being over looked, now is a good time for an investor, to take advantage of the lack of service in these smaller markets, and earn 9% interest on real estate backed mortgages...as a REALTOR, we can bring 100+ new loan apps annually, to any savy lender or investor, that can do large volume, can get ahead of the big corps, Bank of America is contemplating getting into I.T.I.N.
