I have a 616 trans score a 588 equifax score and a 640 experian. Giving me an average of 616. However due to a certain creditor not following credit reporting guidelines. I have a letter sent to the reporting agency asking that the file be removed completely. Not an update to a dispute or anything of that nature. It is to be completely removed from my credit file back dating to the original date of the file. This is a derogatory line of $7001.00. I know there are factors in the way credit companies do there scoring. But I also know this will boost my average above a 620. I don't know how much though. What I do need is financing. I need a company that is will to work with the fact that I draw workers comp. I have been doing so due to an injury I received in 2010 at work. I am eligible for benefits until 12/2017 in accordance with state laws in Texas. I have been receiving these benefits since 2 weeks after my date of injury. I can provide bank statements showing a monthly deposit of $2,452 every month between the 20 th and the 25 th of each month. So to end this story! Finally! Who will work with me knowing all this? Who will finance me knowing all this? Who wants to do business? I will have 5 grand down at the end of this month!<br \><br \>18 replies Sun, 10 May 2015 03:36:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Mortgage-and-credit-score/586252/ 2015-05-10T03:36:00Z mortgage loan http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/mortgage-loan/575064/ According to Wells Fargo credit center I have a 610, 632,and a 687 is it possible to get a mortgage loan?<br \><br \>3 replies Mon, 09 Feb 2015 08:30:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/mortgage-loan/575064/ 2015-02-09T08:30:00Z Is there a civil servant loan that is similar to a VA loan? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Is-there-a-civil-servant-loan-that-is-similar-to-a-VA-loan/560831/ I've recently heard about a civil servant loan that is similar to a VA loan, but I'm unable to find anything online other than one mortgage agency that isn't in my area. We have agreed to finance no more that $120,000. We will have up to $20,000 to put down. My credit score is 731 and his is 567.
