Unfortunately, I have a lender that, from what he says, has a poor processor and the underwriters are not with it. They have over looked many details, that ARE laid out in the paperwork submitted. This leaves me with an almost 5 months process, and the file has not even been submitted with USDA. The rates from the beginning of this have went from approx 3.75% to over 5%, not to mention the whole 100% financing, by the end of this I will be in about $2600 on top of the amount that was included in the loan amount. I don't know at this point if I should just switch lenders and go with an FHA loan or keep riding it out with my current situation?<br \><br \>8 replies Fri, 30 Aug 2013 00:01:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/USDA-LENDER/509229/ 2013-08-30T00:01:00Z
