Where to edit the selling price of my ad?

g to editI have changed the selling price of my posting and have not been successful in finding the place to make the change in my ad. Is there a separate site to edit For Sale price?

I cannot find my listing

When I go to find my listing on Zillow in Sunbury, Ohio it does not come up. It is a FSBO property. When I go to My Zillow it tells me that my posting has expired, yet when I go to update it, it tells me it is already posted. Am I looking in the wrong place -do I need to update something?? Please advise

My agent will not remove her contact information the listing even though the listing has expired. Ho

The listing with my real estate agent has expired. I have repeatedly ask the agent to remove her contact information from my listing on Zillow, but it has not been done although the home is no longer listed on the MLS. While I had the listing originally, her contact information over-rode my contact information when she had additional photos uploaded to Zillow. She says the videographer put the information on Zillow and she cannot get him to remove it. If she will not remove her contact information from the listing, how do I force the removal of her contact information. I have claimed my home.

I work for a real estate agency and we created a property website that links to this website. This was a FSBO and should not have had any contact information on our company - I did not realize that it was so difficult to delete the information once we made it live. I work for the agent (Leon Levy) who wants me to get this fixed for him. How do I correct the owner information on a property that is listed on this site? 5917 Veeder Road, Slingerlands, NY 12159 belongs to: John Olm and his contact information is 518-265-5846 and he is the currenty owner. I have received 4 emails asking what the recent price of the property is & that they want to buy the house. One inquiry is from Ghana... All emails were within 3 days of one another. I am suspicious. Any advice?

Should I lease to a buyer who wants to delay the closing for 30 days? It would compensate me, but give them access to the property.My "gut" feeling, it's a bad idea. I'm working with an agent, but unfortunately they have lost my trust. Thoughts?
