Our whole neighborhood has new face lift. Will this bring the values up here?

On a neighborhood level. All the homes in my area have new roofs, gutters, siding, paint and some new landscaping due to the recent hail catastrophe. Will this increase the value in comparison to other nearby neighborhoods that did not receive this insurance assistance? In other words. Does Zillow consider community improvements such as this to factor in any value increase?
My neighborhood was built around 1962.

Home showing up on Zillow as in the Irvington district vs Kimber Gomes kills your estimate(150K less

Being incorrectly classified kills your metrics.

For examples on this home at 1400 odd sq ft you lose almost $150,000 in value.

Irvington Area : $338/sq ft.
Kimber-Gomes area : $433/sq ft
Mission Valley Area : $491/sq ft.

This home is in the Kimber Gomes elementary area.

As the registered listing agent & in the profession have you tried to fix this with Zillow. Without fixing this Irvington classification error you have a lot of difficulty convincing buyers to pay the price your clients are asking.(even them they will settle at lower end doing your clients a disservice)

For instance 3750 N Prescott St is on the NE corner of N Prescott and Kino Ave.,,not on the corner of Sunshine. Also 3169 Kino Ave. is also on the NW corner of Kino Ave. and Prescott and not on Melody........your site is not very useful if the maps have all the addresses wrongly placed

Zestimate out of whack compared to neighbor's house

Why does zillow show a huge difference between my next door neighbor's value and mine (their zestimate is worth nearly $60k more than mine)? We both bought our houses within 30 days of each other, my lot is larger by 5,900 sf, and the building square footage is exactly the same. My house was built in 1930, and is a very charming landscaped Craftsman (as are all the other houses on our street), but the neighbor's house was built on an empty lot in 1960, and is a really ugly - some would call Ranch style (but even uglier), with the entire front yard paved in concrete for parking. My house is on the corner lot, so access to my driveway/garage is off to the side on a dead end street, with an entirely landscaped front yard. Both houses have been updated. I find it odd how off the zestimate is.

How do I correct the location of home if the address IS correct on listing, but wrong on map?

The home is listed correctly, but shows up on wrong street and therefore compares it to wrong area. It is mapping it in the middle of a business area, not residential.
