In Cayucos, Ca. there is a proposed map to the east of what is currently developed on the east side of the highway. I've heard people who have been approached to buy them several years back, and the streets show up on google earth when you look at the area close up(on my version). How would one go about finding out what the status of these lots are?
It has much do do with the value of real estate in the area, but I heard the issue in the area right now for further development is water?!

I want to buy in Highlands Ranch but it's ridiculously pricey. It doesn't seem to be worth it. The houses in Green Valley Ranch are just as nice, if not nicer. What are the Pro's and Con's?
