The pricing in Zillow is almost double the real price of homes.
Are they in bed with the realtors?

I have read a lot about Sprindale and Fayetteville. We are going to move to one or the other. We are a family of 3. We are looking for small wholesome town with good people. Say hello as you walk on by. We are good hearted people and want to live along with others like us. We love to fish, camp, bike ride, rock hounding, boating, festivals, small town fun. My zillow listings have been pretty current and up to date. Something happened over the weekend that caused most of my listings to disappear and it appears to have taken 6 listings and doubled and trippled them on the site. How can this be fixed?

I'm interested in taking advantage of the $8K first time home buyer tax break and purchasing a small home or condo in the Washington DC area. I want something that will grow in value in the long term. What neighborhood do you think has the best growth potential? I'm thinking about the condos by the new Nationals Stadium (where the construction is currently on hold) as the first place to start to rebound when the market comes back?

HOA has all units pay the same amount. 1 bd 900sq ft, 3 bd pay the same. How we chg to sq. ft.?

Penthouse has 3 bdrm, bar area, 3 huge balconies. One bdrm, 1 bath, one 8' balcony, tree blocking the view, leaves all over. We have tried for 2 years for us to have a balcony completed and tree at least trim. Board members turned our request down. We weren't even put on the list of next things to do. We pay the same amount of HOA fees, as the Penthouse of $380. a month. HOA is raising this cost to be $425.00. Does any one know how to start an amendment to the CCR's? Or how do you start asking for the sq. ft. rate? PLEASE HELP!

Does Charter Pointe in Boise, ID generally smell like manure?

I was looking to buy a home in the Charter Pointe neighborhood, but the smell of manure on this particular day was overpowering. Indeed, it looks like the local elementary school was built right next to a dairy farm. Was this an unusual experience? Or does the community generally smell of manure? I can't believe an elementary school would be built right next door if the smell was so pervasive.
