Hi,I was just wondering if anyone knows about loan modifications.

I hear that the banks are lowering interst rates and payments to help ease the stress.

Equity rates go up January 18, 2008. If you've been sitting on the fence waiting to buy in this blue-chip community, now is the time to do it. Home prices won't go much lower but you'll get a better deal for the long run if you close before the 18th.
