With the updating around Morse and High, such as Graceland, is this a good area to buy a house?

I'm not very familiar with the area, but it seems there is a lot of revitalization and new stores going in around the Clintonville area. I would like to know if this is a good area as far as safety and also with retaining home value if I purchase.

Where is Northland II Exactly?

I don't know where this is, the map shows 161 but what's the cross street? I'd love to see the Northland area come back, it's a great location and I remember it being so nice when I was a kid. Single people need to bring these areas back and make them into the communities we remember once again.
