Is it a good value?
I want to buy in Highlands Ranch but it's ridiculously pricey. It doesn't seem to be worth it. The houses in Green Valley Ranch are just as nice, if not nicer. What are the Pro's and Con's?

Is there a way to pull "last sale" address and contact info for the OWNER of a property?

I am a property manager in Denver and would love to be able to look up an address, get the info for the owner and call them up to offer my professional services. This would save A LOT of time...please let me know. Thanks, I love Zillow.

The typically slower winter months are fast approaching and to match last year's sales 87 more houses would need to sell by the end of this year. Also the average days on the market have nearly doubled compared to both 2007 and 2008.

The Denver City Council on Monday approved an ordinance to protect the views of the Rocky Mountains from developers around Coors Field despite pleas from a nearby property owner that it could cost him more than $1 million. In a 9-3 vote, the council passed the ordinance restricting the height of new developments northwest of Coors Field.Councilwoman Judy Montero said the views of the Rocky Mountains were "a treasured asset." Northern Denver neighborhood not listed

Is it possible to add the Cole Neighborhood to the Northern Denver listing.
Here are the parameters.
The Cole neighborhood, which became part of the city in 1874, stretches from 32nd Avenue to 40th Avenue and from York Street to Downing Street.

They are building a lightrail stop between downtown and the airport in our neighborhood and there is increasing demand for information. We have a lot of new home buyers and potential buyers in the area and this would help narrow down the search.
