HELP! What happened?

My zillow listings have been pretty current and up to date. Something happened over the weekend that caused most of my listings to disappear and it appears to have taken 6 listings and doubled and trippled them on the site. How can this be fixed?

Lindley Park Fall Festival a Huge Success

The Lindley Park neighborhood, located in Greensboro, NC, held its annual Fall Festival last Saturday, October 17th and it was a huge success. Fortunately, the rain stayed away and Lindley Park residents of all ages bundled in coats and jackets to enjoy the festivities.

It may have been brisk outside but inside the Team Leung Moonwalk, there was some serious heat as lots of little bodies bounced around all afternoon.

There were also lots of delicious entries in the chili cook-off, which kept the adults warm!

Team Leung was on hand at the festival and gave out a hundred free pumpkins. We also gave out bottles of water, which some said was needed to put out the fire after tasting all that chili! Each bottle of water came with a koozie, which promoted www.LindleyParkHouseValue.com. Each month, a report with Lindley Park real estate information is posted on this site. The report includes homes listed for sale, homes under contract and homes that have sold. It also has a link so neighbors can receive via email a detailed report about what their homes are worth. Be sure to check it out often to find out what is going on in Lindley Park. The number of homes that went under contract in Greensboro, NC decreased by 5% when compared to August 2009 and also September 2008. This is a critical number to watch as it will determine what is going to happen in the next 30 to 90 days. This is not good news as the fourth quarter last year saw home sales hit historic lows.

Because the "one size-fits-all" philosophy doesn't apply to education, Guilford County Schools offers a magnet school option. There are fifty magnet schools in Guilford County with seventeen different magnet themes. Some schools specifically serve our advanced learners, others offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma program. Lindley Park Neighborhood in Greensboro, NC

Lindley Park is a quiet neighborhood in Greensboro, NC that is within walking distance of the University of North Carolina, Greensboro (UNCG) campus. Lindley Park is also minutes from Friendly Shopping Center and downtown Greensboro, making it convenient to work or leisure activities. The Lindley Park Recreation Center is part of the Greensboro Parks and Recreation Department and offers many activities. It has an Olympic-size swimming pool, community meeting rooms in addition to offering after-school care and a multitude of classes and sports activities. Lindley Park is also home to the Greensboro Arboretum, a beautiful 17-acre park with fountains, arbors, bridges and paved walkways. The following information was retrieved from the Triad MLS on September 8, 2009 and focuses on Greensboro, NC single family home activity in August 2009. This is a key month to watch for Greensboro Real Estate. August of last year was the beginning of the shift of the economy and the shift of the real estate locally. Right now, our closed transaction volume is 36% off of what it was last August. The competition is still fierce as only 7% of homes are making it to the closing table or, in other words, 7 out of 100 homes are sold. However, the numbre of transactions pending is almost par with last August. This may sound like good news but our transaction fall-through rate is almost triple what it was last year: 10% in 2008 and 29% in 2009. Here are the specific figures:

Guilford Hills, Greensboro, NC Neighborhood Information

Guilford Hills is another great neighborhood in Greensboro, NC. It is nestled between Battleground Ave and Benjamin Pkwy and is conveniently located minutes from downtown Greensboro, Friendly Center, and the many stores along Battleground. Yet it is a quiet residential area with reasonably priced homes generally built in the late 1950s to early 1960s. Guilford Hills is home to the soon-to-be newly-renovated Benjamin Branch Library and Guilford Hills Park, which has playground equipment and natural areas. General Greene Elementary is located across the street from the library. General Greene is an award-winning magnet public school offering a comprehensive science and technology curriculum. Magnet Schools of America recently named General Greene a School of Distinction, only one of five schools in Guilford County to earn this designation.

Guilford Hills has an extremely active neighborhood association known as the Guilford Hills Unification Committee. It hosts luminaries throughout the neighborhood every December, park clean-ups, fall festivals, yard sales, and parties. Team Leung is helping sponsor the fall festival this year on Saturday, October 10th. We will be on hand to give out a free pumpkin to each child.
