how do I find out if a property is a short sale or a foreclosure?

There are a few houses I ve seen on this site and I send them to my realtor when I do, they turn out to be a short sale or a forclosure!!! i am so frustrated and I wish to know how i can spot wether or not the property is a shor sale or foreclosure!!!!! before wasting my time on it :(

How can zestimate vary so much for identical homes, built at the same time? My home shows -$80k less

Both homes are approx. 4,450 sq. ft. Both are on corner lots with same size property. The only real difference is that one home (mine) has a screened in, in-ground swimming pool w/ spa. The home without the pool has a zestimate of $444,500 and the home recently sold for $465,000. My home has a zestimate of $367,500. Why?

Neighborhood stats are all wrong!

There are several sub-neighborhoods that the given statisitcs MIGHT match but not NorthLake Park at Lake Nona

I've lived here for 5 years. Most people I have met are college educated. I can't think of a single Puerto Rican, though there are a lot of people who have come here from abroad. Most people I know are professionals, airline pilots, business owners, management etc

There are a LOT of kids, mostly elementary age. The $41,000 combined income, can't even be close to right, it's got to be double that or more.
