Zillow has, for some reason, incorrectly changed the street name of my address.

My home address has been correct ever since I began using Zillow. However, the address has been changed for some reason so that now the street name is wrong.
This also affects a few neighboring houses along the same stretch of road. There is no way to edit this info, even as the homeowner. Can this be corrected please?

You have the REED neighborhood incorporated with the Eastmoreland neighborhood. This is incorrect.

Reed (Reedwood) Neighborhood also contributes to different schools than Eastmoreland does, has a separate neighborhood association and distinct boundaries.

This is a wonderful neighborhood and we are so happy to live here...but why do some neighbors have more than 2 cars, and park the "excess" cars on the street?

St. Johns Police Precinct

Hi,
  I've heard a lot of local residents around the neighborhood and in the papers decrying the loss of the St. Johns precinct. I disagree that with the exit of the police the crime rates will increase. I am very encouraged that the crime rates in St. JOhns are decreasing. The exit of the police means crime is down, will stay down and property values will improve.
  I have never had a problem on my block off of Pier Park as opposed to my old home off of MLK&fremont which my family left due to the gun fights, prostitution, burglaries and of course the crack sales.
  Let's hear everyone's two cents.

Oil Tanks in Portland OR

We have just found out the oil tank has leaked in house we are planning to sell. Existing furnace is about 10 years old and works great. We understand that something must be done right away and have looked into an above ground oil tank and a new high efficiency gas furnace. Cost differance nets out to be $1, 500.

Is the gas furnace investment the way to go? House will be priced around $400K

Homes in Moreland are selling for about 96% zillow estimate

When i look around at the yellow "homes were recently sold" flags on Zillow, I notice that nearly all the homes are selling for around 96% of what Zillow says is the z-esimate. I suppose that might be pretty accurate considering those homes show a value which is generally 6-months aged by the time they have been sold.
