After living in various cities including San Francisco, I opted to live in Alameda for several reasons:</p><p>* Almost always sunny</p><p>* Picturesque neighborhoods</p><p>* Friendly atmosphere</p><p>* Wealth of activities for people of all ages</p><p>* Easy access to the other Cities --- feels like a suburb of San Francisco.
