Need help finding nice area Alpharetta double garage condo

I am hoping to purchase a two bedroom condo under 7 years old in a really nice location in Alpharetta that has a double garage, permanent siding or brick, for around 170K - does anyone have any recommendations on which area of Alpharetta to try to find a condo that might meet those qualifications - a swimming pool would be nice, but not required - I mainly prefer to be in the best Alpharetta location I can afford. Thank you.

we are looking for a 3bd+/2ba+ ranch built 1995+ around windward pkwy (Exit 9,10,11,12). can anyone point to good neighborhoods please? what price range would that fall in...also if someone experienced with ranch can guide any gotcha's we should watch out for?
