I know that the property assessments are being conducted in the town of Brick. What are your thoughts on this assessment and has yours been done, yet ?

Think it's possible? We're looking for a 2bdrm 1ba house with a
bulkhead and some bay views for under $350,000. Are we crazy even
in this market?
