I am a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and am amazed how far your estimates are off.

You must take information from the county records. They are rarely updated and usually incorrect in the first place. Even if you get a permit in Chicago to do anything it takes four to five years for it to be recorded by the assessors office if ever. The house I own now was a gut rehab 7 years ago and I still receive mail from the city for her. Cook County Recorder of Deeds says my house is a two-flat and the Assessors office reads it as a single family. If my own city can't get it right, how the hell can your site??? Garbage in, garbage out. The most pathetic thing about your site is people that don't know any better and think your estimates are correct. Even real estate agents are buying into your estimates.. You have no idea what homes have been gutted/rehabbed, had additions or second floors added on....you have know idea about what neighborhoods are undergoing gentrafication...so one house is brand new and another is about to fall down....and your system blurrs it all together. Your sight has no leg to stand on. Everyone I know that is an appraiser knows your site is so far off and can't believe you have been able to continue with un. Your site is a detriment since you have no hands on data. All data you gather is probably noe accurate in the first place, and in Chicago may take 10 years to get updated. Your bull____ needs to be shouted, blogged, advertised and shut down unless you can obtain accurate data, Nationwide, that would be impossible. Only appraisers have up to date date! F O

All the home addresses on the 6000 block of North Maplewood in Chicago are incorrect. How does one go about getting this error corrected. Not only are the addresses wrong, they don't even exist. There is no 6026 N. Maplewood, for example.

Zillow is screwing up my address and comparing it to a condo! How do I fix it?

Zillow is listing my single family home as a condo and is undervaluing it. They somehow have combined a condo unit that I own and my primary residence. This has totally screwed up the value of my house when looking at comparisons for refinancing. How do I fix it?

Look at 2020 Lincoln Park West Chicago 60614. It is a 411 apt building on the NW corner of Clark and Armitage which shows as 3 buildings when you search by address but apts are mapped at a completely different location and then compared with apts nearly a mile away. There seems to be nothing I can do to get my MMM for apt 23K in to my building and one would think at the very least that all apts with that address would be listed together and not in different buildings even if they do not display in the proper location-FRUSTRATED
