The edited facts have been changed and the zestimate house value is totally out.

Many people have not yet discovered the savings that are available with a wind mitigation inspection. The age of homes in Coral Springs varies from the early 80’s through present. Homes built after 1996 automatic qualify for discounts on a homeowners insurance policy and those built before with a roof replaced will qualify for savings. Additionally, shuttered homes can also received discounts on the policy as hurricane protection credits.
