Well it's obvious the buyers are out there but where are they buying? Heritage Bay G&CC is moving through the inventory at an amazing rate in the last month. The new homestead tax proposition is supposed to jump start Florida's housing market! It makes sense that it would but, I was wondering what others thought about Gov. Crist plan. What do you think it will do to this market?
