Paul) Great Neighborhood, excellent schools http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Highland-Park-st-Paul-Great-Neighborhood-excellent-schools/18595/ <p>I am intrigued by how there is no discussion thread on this neighborhood, yet it is one of the most popular of the St. Paul neighborhoods.&nbsp; I lived here as a child and returned to&nbsp;St. Paul 25 years later to settle again in this neighborhood.</p><p>Why Highland?
