No condos??

Why does the pie chart show 0.00% for condos in the downtown St. Paul area? It's mostly townhouses & condos/aprtments!!

Highland Park (st. Paul) Great Neighborhood, excellent schools

I am intrigued by how there is no discussion thread on this neighborhood, yet it is one of the most popular of the St. Paul neighborhoods. I lived here as a child and returned to St. Paul 25 years later to settle again in this neighborhood.

Why Highland? Wonderful location, people, schools, parks and walking trails as well as close to the village where one can walk, shop, meet and greet at a local cafe or coffee shop. The real estate can be more expensive, but for many it is worth it.

Great schools here: private, charter, and public. We are even gaining a trader joe's!

If anyone has any questions about Highland, Macalester-groveland, merriam-park, or the west 7th area here in St. Paul, I would be happy to give information.

I would think that people would flock to this site to talk about the neighborhood. There doesn not seem to be a lot going on in here. :)

Zillow Description

The Description is completely wrong. It states that this neighborhood has a higher percentage of people that havent completed high school. Not to mention the other comments. Where does this information come from? I have only lived there 2 years but I find the site completely off the mark.
