Why is my property 19 Carolina Ft Thomas saying sold for $507,900 in 2007 when we never sold it

Why is my house 19 Carolina Fort Thomas saying sold in 2007 when it was not. In fact we built our house in 2004 and never moved from it. Where are you getting this info? I want this taken off please.

My house and my neighbors house are the same...why is his over 125,000 dollars higher on zillow?????

Same sq feet, same dimensions,same builder built the same year. Mine even has a finished basement and his does not. So why is his worth more on zillow (by $125,000) than mine?

I just registered with Zillow as a Realtor. I cannot get Zillow to pull up the address.

I was having no problem accessing Zillow until I registered as a Realator. Now I cannot pull up properties.

Elkhorn Park is a seperate area than Ratcliff. Totally different pricing and sqft.

Elkhorn Park is a unique area that has 40 ft wide lots with a variity of homes. ie ranch, split foyer, two story... most of which are on basements. Homes are on wide large lots. This is a hidden jewel of the north side of lexington. 1 out of 10 homes have swiming pools. This are was developed on the north side by IBM (LexMark)being just a couple of miles away in the 50"s. More home for the money than most areas in lexington. Most homes are being renovated and folks stay in the are for a long time. Very stable. Close to Interstate and access to Hamburg Shopping (Lowes, Walmart, Meyers, Schools, Universities, Downtown)

Seem to be holding up well in Louisville given the location and desirability of the older homes. Not sure the condos on Frankfort are moving that quickly these days, but their prices are quite high. Not sure why someone would not want to live in an historic home in the nearby neighborhoods at a fraction of the price of a condo. The fast growing neighborhood with retail and restaurants sprouting up and the active CH council makes this a place to buy for the long term.
