With all of the Short Sales going on in Jacksonville, I'm curious as to how many Realtors have created an "Investor/Buyers list" for homes below market value. I've heard of quite a few New Englanders' looking to invest in/purchase below market secondary homes down here in the Jacksonville and St. Augustine areas.
