Watering restrictions/Irregation schedule

The local water district has required customers to reduce total water usage by 20 percent. To help reach that goal, irrigation schedules have been put in place. The days that Laguna Niguel homes should water are Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. They also ask that we reduce the amount of time we water on those days by 40 to 70 percent. The city of Laguna Niguel just released statistics for crime rates per 10,000 residents. Once again the crime rate decreased, marking this the 5th straight year that the City's crimes rate has dropped. In a news letter the City sent out it to all residents it was reported that the overall crimes statistics show a 35% decrease since 2001 when the City Leaders adopted the Safe City Plan. Residential burglaries showed the greatest decrease since that time, down 45%. What has lead to Laguna Niguel being one of Orange County's safest places to live and work? Probably more than anything is the residents themselves. According to the City's report, Neighborhood Watch participants have increased 223% in the same time period.
