About how much it costs to build a nice 2,500 sq. ft. house with a garage in Framingham, MA?

I'm sure there are a lot of variables that effect the cost but I was looking for a ballpark figure on how much it would cost to build a 2 story 2,500 sq. ft. house (3-4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths) with a 2 car garage in Framingham, MA? I'm looking for how much it would cost just to build the house on a lot we already have but would need to completely tear down that house and rebuild. There is mold in the basement too and the existing house is smaller then the one we want to build - not sure if that effects price or if we have to build a new foundation or what. I'm not sure how much all the details matter but we want granite countertops, a fireplace, and a few built in's too. Oh yeah, and a front porch and large deck in the back. Does anyone know about how much a house like this would cost?

Westford Property Taxes Way Too High

Why does the town of Westford evaluate homes higher than what the home and land are really worth in the current market? The only answer is that the town is overtaxing their residents. CAUTION don't overlook this when you are buying a home in Westford.

Westford only has one supermarket and it is really bad. There are a few places to eat but mostly sub and fast food shops. Why is there so little available in Westford?

I live in the south end and believe I pay a lesser amount in real estate taxes on my condo because I live in it. Zillow indicates a much higher amount than what I actually pay annually. Is this true in other neighborhoods such as South Boston?

In MA, school districts often wrong

In MA, the school district of a particular home is often in the same town. When Zillow assigns schools to a home they should be looking for schools in the same town/city as the home not just the closest school. For example, because I live close to Waltham, Zillow assigns the Waltham schools to my home which is incorrect since I don't live in Waltham. This is very frustrating when looking at other properties knowing the schools are not accurate.
