Buying a home in Youngstown - Please help

I am making the decision of moving from Southern California to Youngstown to raise a family. I have a child heading to college and like the idea of attending YSU and a high schooler. The property we have in mind is located in the YSU (1 mile) and would like to ask anyone what do you think about that neighborhood. Thank you.
