Update to Farwest Water & Sewer Rate Increase Request

Hello, Anyone familiar with the Foothills of Yuma has most likely been concerned over the recent requests for Large Rate increases to Foothills Area Residential & Commercial Sewer Bills. So, I wanted to post an update for anyone interested:
On September 2, 2009 A recommendation from Administrative Law Judge Jane L. Rodda, was filed. In Summary She is recommending against the "Interim Rate Increase."Keep in mind, that the Decision to grant a permanent rate increase is still up for review Sept 21. If you would like to read over the recommendation you can go to https://edocket.azcc.gov and enter this docket # WS-03478A-08-0608 into the search field. It will Bring up the case. Then, click on the 2nd tab (Documents) and you can look at all of the documents filed in regards to the Rate Increase Request by Far West Water & Sewer, Inc.
