I watch the 48104 area closely. It looks like the 48104 zipcode spike up. Anyone else notice this? Was that a 3% spike in 1 day?

Milford MI New Soliciting License Debate

What and how are they looking to accomplish?

Officials for The Township of Milford MI are currently reviewing the ordinance language that governs solicitation. It is stated that at a recent Board of Trustees meeting, Trustee Dale Wiltse proposed a new ordinance for Milford MI that requires any street vendor, solicitor, peddler, transient merchant, or charitable solicitor to purchase a license from The Village of Milford MI and that this ordinance is merely for safety and not revenue purposes.

Do we really think that by making honest ones register (put their personal information on an index card) it will keep the dishonest ones away?

i live on sylvan lake I have to sell my hse because of taxes being to hi!! why cant I get them lowered they have cut the price of my hse in half/ they need to do the same with the taxes/ to me this is a CRIME!!

I am in seek of help from a realtor in Oakland County area in Michigan. Not sure if anyone can help or point me in the right direction. My name is Matthew Cohen and I work for a company that produces high end community and neighborhood magazines around the country for affluent and wealthy neighborhoods. What I am trying to find are neighborhoods between 200-100 homes that are worth $500,000 and more In Oakland County area in Michigan. In these magazines I will be selling ad space opportunities and I am looking for a Realtor to be in this magazine to get in front of these families that have the buying power that you would want. I would also be open to trade as well for helping in finding the right community to target and to get in contact with the HOA board members for those particular neighborhoods.

Any kind of help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
