they have a sump pump which drains on my property, can i make them move it? and have trees in the back yard that are planted on the property line and branches come in my yard and block my access to backyard, can i cut them back?

How many of you think that a new daycare in Two Harbors is needed? My email address is benrud_r@hotmail.com ,let me know if your intrested! It would be up the road by seagog area, out in the country! My husband and I have 2 girls, ages 4 & 2. And I would love to be able to stay home with them, Also helping other out so they can work! Hope to hear from you all!

I RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM THE ASSESSORS OFFICE TO CONTACT THEM FOR AN APPT. TO REVIEW MY PROPERTY. WHY DO THEY DO THAT? WHAT FOR? DO THEY COME INTO MY HOUSE OR JUST LOOK AT THE OUTSIDE? I HAVE LIVED IN MY HOME FOR 10-YEARS AND I DO NOT RECALL THEM EVER WANTING TO DO THIS BEFORE? I HAVE HAD APPRAISELS DONE WITHIN THE PAST 10-YEARS, CAN I JUST GIVE THEM THAT? I DON'T ESP. WANT THEM IN MY HOME.

Why isn't the Corcoran neighborhood included in the Minneapolis neighborhoods?

It is frustrating being a resident of the Corcoran neighborhood since I'm pretty sure that is the only neighborhood in the city that isn't included on this website. Could somebody please add it to the site?

Should we do any thing about Seward Neighborhood Group's finances or should we just let them be bankrupt? I was wondering how they were able to put on the King's Fair, Seward Garage Sale Days, Flower contests, etc. I thought it was done with volunteer labor. Looks like it was all done with paid labor. What a waste of money!

Highland Park (st. Paul) Great Neighborhood, excellent schools

I am intrigued by how there is no discussion thread on this neighborhood, yet it is one of the most popular of the St. Paul neighborhoods. I lived here as a child and returned to St. Paul 25 years later to settle again in this neighborhood.

Why Highland? Wonderful location, people, schools, parks and walking trails as well as close to the village where one can walk, shop, meet and greet at a local cafe or coffee shop. The real estate can be more expensive, but for many it is worth it.

Great schools here: private, charter, and public. We are even gaining a trader joe's!

If anyone has any questions about Highland, Macalester-groveland, merriam-park, or the west 7th area here in St. Paul, I would be happy to give information.
