How do I REMOvE properties from my saved Zillow list ?

Everytime I open Zillow certain properties pop up which I can't get rid of.

That red and yellow trolley, with the bell dinging, is a fantastic form of Fort Lauderdale's public transportation, and it's fun too. No matter where you are along Las Olas, You can just flag it down...they literally stop anywhere you happen to be, and for one buck per person you're on your way.

The Trolley runs a regular route from Downtown to the beach via Las Olas and A1A and goes all the way to the Galleria Mall. It's especially useful during the traffic jam days of special events like the upcoming International Boat show.

Best advice...Catch the Trolley...You'll love the ride.

It's a "Buyers Market" But only if the Buyers Buy!

We all know the term "Buyers Market". Today, south Florida, and most of the nation for that matter, is a "Buyers Market."

Buyers Market would be defined as; asking prices are 30% to 50% or more below value, there is a massive amount of inventory to choose from, interest rates are at or near historic lows, Sellers are motivated to make concessions, and Buyers are buying.

Those are the facts of the south Florida real estate market today. But the Buyers aren't buying! They are waiting...waiting for what? The market to bottom of course.

The problem with that strategy is, that by the time you hear from the news media that the market has bottomed..."so do the Sellers!" And, guess what? The Sellers loose their motivation to make concessions, suddenly the market is flooded with Buyers-who start bidding wars for the good properties, which drives prices up again and makes Sellers greedy and less motivated to make the same deal you could have made before the "bottom" was announced.

What then? Do you make your purchase when the prices are rising or do you wait again and chance being priced out of one of the best real estate markets of our lifetime? DON'T WAIT!!!!

IT IS A BUYERS MARKET...GET OUT THERE AND MAKE THE DEAL OF A LIFETIME, TODAY!

Inaccurate Description of our neighborhood!!

This is NOT a Yiddish speaking community. That would be the Palm Aire Condos and Country Club off of Powerline Rd. in Pompano. We are about 2-3 miles south of there. This is a small, very close knit community of homes- mostly working people- lots of police, nurses, teachers and small business owners. Many faiths but lots of Christians due to the fact of the proximity of less than half a mile of Calvary Chapel Church Ft. Lauderdale- great school and huge church. Lots of younger families with children as well as empty nesters live here- we get to know our neighbors- very little crime- we have sidewalks and always people walking, biking, rollerblading, dog walking and greeting each other. Jus wanted you to know.

Can Zillow delete listings that don't belong to the agent claiming to be listing agent?

There is an agent on here that is claiming hundreds of listings that aren't her own. My own property is shown as a listing of hers. I've looked through the Zillow help center, but they say they aren't staffed enough to take emails. Is there anything besides individually going through and flagging all the fraudulent listings? Should Zillow be able to take down said profiles?

Apparently, Bernanke does--but not too many believe what he says--However, Warren Buffet remains optimistic about the U.S. economy! While things will remain tough in the meantime, he does believe we are seeing stablization in residential real estate prices....Does anyone concur?

I feel the need to share just how fantastic I think Himmarshee Bar&Grille is!!

Himmarshee Bar & Grille is is located in Himmarshee Village in historic old Downtown Fort Lauderdale. I love this part of town because it is not pretentious and it is always fun,relaxed and easy. On the weekends it overflows with people from all walks of life and the vibe is kicking! There a many great bars and restaurants in the area which I love (which are all worth checking out), but my favorite is Himmarshee Bar & Grille.

The food is off the charts and if you have not gone there yet I consider it a crime!!

They have many delicious dishes to choose from and it will satisfy even the pickiest of diners. The unusal menu is refreshing and superb. My favorite two appetizers are the Gorgonza Stuffed Dates with crumpled applewood smoked bacon and the Nut Crusted Goat Cheese Salad with granny smith apples! Yum! Yum! My favorite two entrees are Orechiette Pasta with homemade sausage & radicchio and the Szechuan Peppercorn Crusted Tuna with stir fried vegetables!! Honestly you will NOT be disappointed!

I give this restaurant 5 Stars!!!

As a resident of Coral Shores, I know it is a private enclave with a true neighborhood feel. The streets are low traffic, the community is diverse, supportive, and engaged with one another, the location is great and the city has created a plan, developed by the neigborhoods to preserve these and other characteristics.

And for an east side neighborhood, only one mile from the ocean, and with lots of waterfront properties on a large canal, the prices are terrific at this time.

Now is a great time to join the coral shores neighborhood.

Neighborhood Is getting much better

I've lived in Middle River Terrace for almost 2 1/2 years. I recently bought a new condo conversion.

The neighborhood is getting much better for the past two years. More and more professional single gay and lesbians have moved into the area. Plus lower income individuals have been moving out which has helped with crime rates going down.

I believe that within the next two years property values will go up signficantly PLUS it will be a desirable location to live (like Wilton Manors)
