I question where the research came for the area demographics. There are about 200+ families in area that are white collar professionals. While there is a Washington Square park in the center, the neighborhood has never taken its name from that. Someone needed to do more research.

The information from Zillow is NOT up to Date on Tropical Place, and Gaynor Tract Subdivisions of " North MAYESVILLE".

Since 1990 this Community has been on a Constant Upswing and More Upper Middle Class Families and Domestic Partnership Couples / Gay Couples are Moving into Older Empty Homes and Remodeling these Homes. There are $80,000 and $100,000 Houses Being Built on Limerick/Dominique Street. Our Taxes have continously been Going Up since Our Purchace in 2005. We Enjoy the Peace and Quiet and Old Shade Trees.

Also the Demos for ZILLOW says many habitants have Less than a High School Diploma. Please take Note. We have College Degrees.

This is NOT a Drug Area, or a Bad Place to Live. We Lived in North Midtown for Years, and Were Burglerized three Times in 10 Years. We have NEVER had a Problem in this Community ( Tropical Place Subdivision) and Lived here since 2005. Its a Wonderful Place to nvest in Owner Occupied Homes.
