Home prices dropped by almost 40% since 2005. What in the Bloody Hell happened?

Does anyone foresee an increase in the next 2 years there and how?

Hello, I was recently scammed by a local woman who contacted me in response to my CList rental ad. I filed a police report, however the BPD detective decided the crime isnt of high enough dollar value to get DA interested, despite the fact she runs this scam frequently, from her home, and I have her address! BUYER BEWARE!! This lady is very calm, collected, and an experienced con. I will never, ever, trust someone to do a service for me again unless they have a professional association behind them, enforcing their quality of service.
Although the police could not help, they suggested small claims court. What happens when you win a case in small claims but cannot get paid?
I have also contacted the Dept of real estate as she did state she had a brokers license, but never produced any further information.
Essentailly this indiv stated they could get quality tenants, exceed my rent expectations, and all this for under $100/month. She delivered on all three accounts, she just never forwarded the monies to me. She also rented the home for an entire month without our knowledge, and pocketed near $3000 when she was entitled to less than $100. Such a talented person, but zero ethics.

Palisades at river Oaks are single story floor plans on large lots (minimum 10,000 sq. ft).
The smallest has 2671 sq. ft. of living area garage = 445 sf., Plan two 2868 sf garage = 447, plan three 2973 garage = 645, plan four 3095 garage = 652, plan five 3208 garage = 652, and plan six 3246 garage = 657.
All the homes are unique for the reason that there are so many available options, examples den in lieu of dining, den in lieu of bedroom, powder room in lieu of linen, bonus room in lieu of 3 car garage, exterior doors, covered porch and patio just to give a small sample design options.
Generally speaking, a 2-story is cheaper to build, per sq ft, than a single story.
