Did Eastgate get dropped from the Bellevue Neighborhoods? I know it used to be there.

I live in Bridle Ridge and was wondering why the discrepancy in Zestimates. It appears Zillow has Cambridge valued noticebly higher even though homes are comparable.

I was able to search property addresses in zillow and see their estimated value and last date sold, etc. Is this functionality removed?

Bellevue waterfront home sale, 2009

Bellevue waterfront homes have seen some significant sales so far in 2009. According to the NWMLS, there have been 9 waterfront single family homes sold so far this year, ranging from $1.05 million to $3.68 million. Who says there are no buyers for high end properties?

These waterfront homes all seem to be selling within 5%-10% of their list price, which is fairly good considering the current declining values in the upper end of the market. It seems that these sellers of waterfront real estate are willing to negotiate on their prices, but aren't necessarily taking big price cuts to make a transaction happen.

Last I counted, there were 16 cranes! Geez! Even though the nightlife is getting better, I'm starting to hate the drive through downtown. I hope this explosion in development means well for my Bellevue home. =)

Recommendations for a plumber?

Can anyone recommend a plumber who a) is good, b) doesn't charge an arm and a leg, and c) isn't fully booked through September? We have a fairly small job (maybe a day) of running some water lines and hooking up the drain and vent for a new shower and sink. Thanks in advance.

I've got a 9 year old daughter and only one babysitter. It would be wonderful to find someone in the neighborhood who would be interested in sitting. Anyone know anyone or would like to earn some extra money themselves?

Would anyone recommend a good house cleaning service in this area?

Looking for weekly service to cleaning the house etc. Any recommendations?
I called a couple people from ads found in mailbox, but they seem to be overly expensive, like 25 dollars an hour. Is that the normal range of house cleaning service charge? It seems a little high to me.
