we own a lot in the loma linda subdivision, abq, nm.. how to decide a fair asking price? the neighborhood is well built up and nice homes around the lot.

For the FIFTH time, I need to know how to delete the "Make Me Move Price".

There is NO option under Tools that allow me to delete or Opt out. The home was sold in April 2009 through a Real Estate Contract for $317k. The options listed under Tools are:
1. Post Homes For Sale AND
2. Set a Make Me Move Price

There must be a way to clean this up. Please advise. Your past directions will NOT work. There must be another way. Thank You.

Your map and listings show the wrong place for Aldea de Santa Fe neighborhood; can u fix this?

When doing a neighborhood search for "Aldea de Santa Fe," the zillow map shows the wrong area and listings. Instead of Aldea, it shows Siringo Road; can you guys fix this?

Santa Fe Market Conditions 1/1-4/30 2009

This information is for people out there interested in the Santa Fe market conditions based on data obtained from the local Santa Fe Association of Realtors (SFAR) Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. As with all such data it is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and has not been verified.

The data is for all residential property types (single-family detached, condo/townhouse, duplex/xplex, and mobile/manufactured. It is only for the areas tracked by SFAR in their monthly/quarterly reports.SFAR had no role in compiling this data.

Total unit sales for the period (1/1-4/30/09) were 287, down 31.8% from 421 for the same period in 2008
Total sales volume for the period was $126,052,888, down 39.2% from $207,182,893 in 2008.
The average sales price was $439,209, down 10.8% from $492,121 in 2008.
The median price was $350,000, up 1.4% from $345,000 in 2008.
The average days on market was 194, up 3.2% from 188 in 2008.
The average sale/list price percentage was 93.55%, down 1.3% from 94.77% in 2008.
The average price per square foot was $190.27, down 14.4% from 222.18 in 2008.
The months inventory (or absorption rate) at the end of April 2009 was 19.3 months.

Preliminary figures for May 2009 show that sales were down 40% over May 2008, increasing the year-to-date unit sales decline to about 34% over the same period in 2008.

Where do we go from here, or "When will the buyers return?" In terms of the decline in unit sales, it may very well be that Santa Fe sellers are unwilling or unable to reduce sales prices to levels necessary to increase unit sales.Afterall, with the national median sales price at $169,000 and our single-family detached (City and County) median sales price at $400,000+, we are somewhat premium-priced!

Health care

My wife and I are considering a move on retirement to Santa Fe from Boston but we are so accustomed to the wonderful health care in Boston that we would like some assurance about the level of such care in the Santa Fe area. Santa Fe is a relatively small city and we do not expect it to have a Mayo Clinic or the like. We would be very grateful if you could share your experience with health care with us.

This area is one of cheapest areas to live in Albuquerque. It's pretty new now. But wait until the paint starts to wear off and is replaced by graffiti.

Georgia O'Keeffe park to become school property

Not usre if others in the area have a bad feeling about this, but with the city making the park into the extedned site for an upgrade to the elementary school, I have a bad feeling about the drainage off the park (sits on a hill). What is everyone's thoughts on this?
