Elmwood park in Columbia SC is NOT zoned for Ridgeland correctional Institue. It is Columbia High. See reference for 912 Chester St. Columbia SC 29201. Please correct. thanks

I am interested in Huffman Heights, Elm Abode, Pinewood Knoll, and Skyland Estates. I'd consider a lot to buy for under $25,000 in those areas as well to build a home on top of the basement or place a modular home on.
