I received a summon on november 3, 2009 from the attorney saying that i have been sued.My house is in forecloser but am wainting on my mortgage to tell me if they are going to be able to help me, my loan is on modification for the goverment program.so what do i need to do meanwhile? am afraid that they come in any day and tells us to leave right then, and leave everything inside the house. so can anybody advise me on that. thank u>

We just had an appraisal done re-fi. The appraisal shows 1,770 sq ft whereas zillow shows 1,658 for

also the appraisal was $27,000 higher than zillow. Should we post this somehow?

Home Improvements and change in Mortgage Estimate.

Last week my house showed a $6,000 Home Improvement amount. Then this week is was not listed. Now I get an e-mail showing my house amount has decreased again by $500.00. But no one on my block shows any change to their home amount. What is going on?!!!!

got email telling me zestimate increased, but said most recent info 08/2008! what happened? and the value dropped back to assessors value? WTFO?

My daughter has recently moved to 24915 Meadow Ranch in Inola, Ok.
I would like to know what school district my grandchild will be going to? Some say she will go to Claremore schools, others say Inola schools...Which is it?

Does anyone know the expected price range of the condos planned there>?
Opinions as to whether they would be a good investment or possibly end up rented out? Muierfield village has empty townhomes, overpriced and sitting empty.
The Tuscana village is supposed to be better though.. mixed with retail, green space and restaurants...

Has anyone found a weedkiller that works well on the little purple "flowers" that are popping up?

We live in Shannondale South (south of 111th between Mingo and Garnett), and I have a backyard full of little purple "flowers"/weeds.

Has anyone found a weedkiller that will get rid of them? I tried Weed-be-gone yestetday and the guaranteed 24 hour results have yet to be seen.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I live at 2123 Scissortail Landing Dr. It is in the Scissortail Landing development, 3 houses off of Pennsylvania Ave, north of 206th but south of 220th. Closer to 206th. I bought it in May of 2007 and it was built at the end of 2005 and was the model home for Home Creations, developer. It shows a home on Echo Ridge. I don't even know where that is at.
