Why, in a neighborhood of 150 twnhms & 38 w/my flrpln, does my twnhse hv the lowest zestimate?

my zestimate is even lower than homes with less square footage, and, presumably, Zillow has access to the same data for all 150 twnhomes in the neighborhood. Something is wrong with the zentimating on my place. How can this be fixed??????

I'm a 25 year old young professional and I am realizing I don't want to spend my whole life working for an over priced home. I'm currently renting a 2 bedroom condo in Fairfax for $1600 a month. It is manufactured out of ply-board and I can hear my neighbors above me -conversations and all. I don't understand the value...It really seems fake.

It may be the area I'm in - DC Metro/Northern Virginia. Here it just seems the bubble hasn't burst.

What are some good areas with good home prices, a liberal mindset, and where people seem happy with less? I am skilled in Information Technology and Massage Therapy...I just don't want to work 2 jobs just to pay for a house.
