Lower Saucon & Hellertown share the same zip, why have prices dropped in H-town while rising in LS

You can only pull up Lower Saucon prices if you don't use a zipcode. If you use the correct zip but live in Lower Saucon it screws your house value up

How can an incorrect Zillow high school listing for an entire community be corrected?

Why does Zillow show "Ewing High School" as the local high school for Lower Makefield Township in Bucks County, Pennsylvania? The correct high school is Pennsbury High School. Ewing High School isn't even in the same state. This persistent error needs to be corrected for the entire township.

House Value Lower than Current Mortgage Balance

I would like to refi but according to this website (Zillow) my house value is roughly 12k lower than what I currently owe. I purchased the property in 2007 and have no intention to move anytime soon. What if anything can I do considering the difference between the house value and what I owe on my current mortgage?

If you watched the movie "Fun With Dick and Jane," you saw the impact of one large company laying off (read: firing) all of its staff at one time. Now multiply that effect on an entire economy. I live in Thorndale. I have since 1999. I have seen it change from the bright orange awnings of Jamesway to Kohls, and from Eckerd to Giant, and so on. Did you know Joey's Pizza USED to be a SubWay restaurant? Did you know where they put the newer Wawa across from the R5 platform used to sit the quaintest little diner and (wayyy back) a bowling alley? OK I rant. My point is, as of late there have been a rash of debauchery in T-dale. Theft, robbery at gunpoint, etc. If this scares you, I warmly invite you to watch Fun With Dick and Jane. It will bring to light the current happenings in our lovely little town. I am sure the same things are happening in Calne, England, where we get (got?) our roots.

There is a home that recently sold on street for $331,500 but this home is not listed on Zillow. (Now that it's been sold, it is more important that it is listed.) The home appears in the picture but there is no info about it. The address is 415 Yale Avenue, Broomall, PA 19008. The home sits next to 413 Yale. Searching on 415 displays the beginning of the 300 block so no one will find the home when seaching
