Discussions vs. Views

Being a 'newbie' means my Great Expectations had--inevitably--to be trimmed back, if not dashed altogether. I've noticed that there can be hundreds of instances of Views of a seller's web page, but zero Discussions. Actually, I've only found two comments, by the same person, about the same topic. I was hoping to find more involvement by Zillow's Santa Maria 'Neighborhood'...but, No.

Curiously, I've discovered only three others who weren't shy about putting a face to their names or 'handles'. Is there something to be afraid of? Thieves? Vandals? Terrorists? Homeland Security? ;-)

In sum, plenty of peeking from behind veils, but precious little of sticking out necks to be neighborly. Anybody home?
