What do you think, (Fort) Vancouver?

Do you like the idea? Is it too much of a hassle? Does the city really need to separate itself from Vancouver BC?

I personally like the sound of Ft Vancouver, but it seems silly to change it now. How does the city council come up with an idea like that?

Looking for home in Lincoln Neighborhood

I have a client pre-apporved for up to 260K and wants to move his family to the Lincoln neighborhood. He is pretty open to a home so if it is not listed (since he already looked at it if it was) drop me an email with some information and I will pass it on.

I am seriously in need of some information about this property...Anyone remember seeing it when it was being built?

The church is yellow and right next to Arnada park. It was a family home which was turned into a church and later rented out as a church. Several years have gone by since I bought the place and still I know next to nothing about it's origins. The Treasurer's website offers very sparse information - there's only been 1 permit request for and heating duct system and that was withdrawn

Resale buyer

We are in the process of of buying a resale house on 191st. Can anyone give us the builder's name? What is the design theme for this development?

Our deal should close by the end of Aug. and our first project is to take care of the neglected landscaping. Would appreciate any contacts for that kind of service.

We are retired and hope to meet some neighbors soon.
