I have lived here for almost 7 years and find it extremely convenient. I am a single male. My street is located on a quiet sidestreet but it runs parallel to Mineral Springs Avenue which has all the shopping, gas stations, restaurants, etc. you could need. It is only 15 minutes to downtown Providence and very convenient for taking cabs for a night out on the town or even just driving and parking. I'm very satisfied with my neighbors and the area and have a convenient 15 minute drive to work in Smithfield. I definitely reccomend this area to singles and families alike.
