On August 21st, 2009 The Chocolate Tree on Carteret Street in Beaufort South Carolina will host its annual ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT Chocolate night! The event will have 2 sessions with the early session running from 6:30-8:15 p.m. and the late session running from 8:30-10:15 p.m. The event is $15.00 per person.

We have attended the event on 2 different occassions and left the event completely stuffed with all of the wonderful homemade Chocolate Tree chocolates, truffles and yummy treats! If you will be in Beaufort or Hilton Head on August 21st, make plans to attend this very fun event in historic downtown Beaufort South Carolina.

We have been living in our home over a year and your maps show only bare ground.

The maps are hopelessly outdated. This is a vibrant development with many occupied homes that have been in existence 2-3 years yet your aerial maps show mostly bare ground and when the addresses are input, there is nothing found. The builder also has several spec homes which appear on Realtor.com. Sure wish I could get further info from you! The development is Cobblestone Farms in 29072. Streets are Flagstone Way, Spring Mist Drive and Spring Mist Court.

Each year during Water Festival, Beaufortonians crowd Bay Street to view the Bed Race. Teams of individuals take a hospital gurney, decorate it, roll it down Bay Street while getting blasted with water guns and super soakers!

On August 27th at 7:30 p.m., Main Street Beaufort and the Beaufort City Hospitality Association present "The Great Santini" in Waterfront Park Beaufort South Carolina. Concessions will be sold and proceeds will benefit the Historical Beaufort Foundation.

Come on out....bring the chairs/blankets and family to the park for a great family event!

The lowest priced home is $185,000 and is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a 2 car garage and a little over 1800 square feet (incredible deal!) The highest priced is listed at $413,640 for a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home that sits on 1.4 acres on the golf course with an inground pool!
