I would like show only updated photos on my listing. How can I remove the old ones.

My 30 day zillow house value went down 12,500. My neighbors -500 and +11000. How can that be?

My 2 next door neighbors houses have not depreciated like mine has according to zillow. I don't understand how that is possible. Both of my neighbors are renters none the less...with out of town owners who have not made home improvements.

If you have lived in the Memphis area long, you have noticed that Memphis likes to take over surrounding areas. Once this happens, the area that has been annexed, goes down the drain.

House values drop, crime increases, and school systems crash.

What is Germantown going to do to keep the house values up, crime out, and school systems constant, with ALL the surrounding areas decreasing in every way, dramatically?

It's going to catch up with us sooner or later.

River Chase Subdivision is not located on your information. This is a new up scale area with beautiful homes and above average price listings.
Our home is listed on Zillow and is 58 Woodhaven Dr. in this sub. No homes are showing as bought or sold in our area.

I see by Zillow's own charts and estimates, that the 31839 zip code has held its value over the long term, and sales have continued to average almost $100k over the 38138 zip code. That says a lot about our community and our neighborhood. Decreasing the price of this home may lead the owner to drastic actions, such as not including existing appliances. Home buyers must consider changes of carpet, room uses, and other things can drastically alter how one uses a home. This home could be listed as a five bedroom, if the large 4th bedroom/bonus room were to be divided, given its two large closets. The living room could also be used as an office, by installing french doors.

According to my latest Zestimate, our home's value has gone up 1%. From the graph which is included, it shows our home seems to be valued quite a bit above other homes in our zip code. How does Zestimate come up with the value?

Can I correct erroneous information shown for my house?

The details, such as nearby schools, on your home-info page are apparently based on crow-flight distance from the home, without regard for city or county boundaries.Â I suppose that's why the middle and high schools listed for our house are actually in a nearby town, rather than ours, and are thus very misleading.

Crieve Hall - Caldwell Hall?

Wondering if anyone could give me some feedback on the neighborhood that is north of Blackman; specifically the little niche that contains Merrill, Briarwood, and Timberhill. I could not find a Caldwell Homeowners Assoc (like the Creive Hall one) and just wondering if it's neighbor friendly? Are resale values in this area effected by it being in Norman Binkley elem. school vs Crieve Hall elementary? Love to hear from someone in the neighborhood or a realtor experienced w/this area.
