Beautiful Home Next Door in Foreclosure

The home next door to me is now in forclosure. It is located at 15920 Austin Court, Canyon Country, Ca 91387. It is a great home, about 3400 square feet, 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It is located on a cul-de-sac in a brand-new neighborhood called Stetson Ranch. It is a great area with easy freeway access and numerous amenities. The home is highly upgraded ($80,000 in upgrades) and was originally purchased for $860,000 and is now going to be listed in the low $400,000's. Noisy Neighbors

We have a neighbor who plays drums in his garage. LOUDLY!!!! He plays for hours most days. He sometimes wakes us up in the morning and it is impossible to take a nap in the afternoon should we so choose. Are there any rules against noisy disturbances and if so, what can be done about it? Talking to them won't help, I have a feeling. The person is a lousy drummer to boot.

If you are looking for a brand new home in the Santa Clarita area, I can personally recomend Stetson Ranch in Canyon Country. Neighbors need to move

My new neighbors need to move very quickly and they asked that I try and help them.

They just purchased their new home in a brand new neighborhood called Stetson Ranch in Sand Canyon. It is a gorgeous 5 bedroom 3.5 bath executive home with 2935 square feet. It features beautiful maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances, porcelein tile floors and a large RV sized yard. The neighborhood is great and the homes are beautiful.
