I am looking for a rent to own home, with option to buy in a year. Where can I find such listings?

Its seems to be a win-win for both the tenant and the landlord.
The tenant is actually building his down payment every month of his future home without wasting the whole amount on rent.
The landlord is assured that his tenant will take good care of his property whilst they are leasing it because it is likely that it will be their future home. Also, the landlord can ask for higher rent than otherwise. With option to buy in the future the landlord is also assured that he has a buyer all ready and willing to buy his property. No time or money wasted advertising for buyers.
With all the apparent advantages why is it so difficult to spot any advertisements for rent to own?

property values v housing prices

We hear about the "housing correction" but what about PROPERTY VALUES in the bay area? An article about a Fremont mobile-home park states the land-owners want to double rents because they think thier property is still worth $2M/acre. In my opinion, much like home values dropping, thier land is worth $.50 cents, now, so they should be paying residents to live on thier land.

Adair is listed as the school for many houses, which is wrong. I can't figure out how to let Zillow know that a school that has 2 students is not the right school for 1/2 of Sunnyvale. The middle school should be Sunnyvale Middle School, which is a great school.
