Farmington, Utah has one junior high. Farmington Junior High. You have Farmington Bay listed. That is a juvenile detention facility and not a public junior high or high school. The two high schools currently serving Farmington, Utah are Viewmont H.S. in Bountiful, Utah and Davis H.S. in Kaysville, Utah. Students attend each school based on geographical boundaries. Please correct this.

Why not use comps from my neighborhood or nearby to get an estimate?

The comps used to determine the Estimated value of my home are from areas far away or not in any way relative to my neighborhood. The 10 comps shown Â come from either neighborhoods 40-50 years older with smaller aging Â homes, or from miles away in an upscale subdivision which has no bearing on our property. Â Why aren't the comps done according to homes in the area of my neighborhood, with similar homes and properties?

Why is the address that comes up for my house, when the information comes up is completely wrong?

My address is 2362 N. 10 W. Layton Utah. When I enter it, the address shown on my property information is 1E. 5200 N. , Layton Utah (I think that's right). Why is there a discrepency?

East Central? Sugarhouse!!

East Central makes this area sound... non-Sugarhouse. I disagree with the "melting pot" low income families. This specific area (I live on Windor near Yale) isn't much of a "melting pot." Sugarhouse is filled with families, animal lovers and college students. It is one of the best places to live in Salt Lake. If you want low income "melting pot," go west of 700 east or south of 2700 south.

Just a heads up to the residents in Taylorsville. Be very careful if you decide to do any renovation or home improvements. I wish if they felt they had the right to tell me where and what to build they would pay my taxes because I think they own the property not me. Liberty for property rights!!!

Neighborhood Crime

Crime has been increasing in the Liberty Wells neighborhood for years. I would not recommend moving to Liberty Wells neighborhood for that reason alone. As an investment or people with families in my opinion would not be a safe area to live. The SLC Police force does an outstanding job patrolling the area.

Also, there seems to be an increase in "slumlords" ruining the area with run down homes that are attracting a criminal element. Be aware of the area of 300, 200, 100 east from 2100 south to 1300 south.

There are respectable Landlords out there, but they are far and few.
