Why is my neighborhood data old, and arial photo even older?

If you look at Ashburn, VA, 20147 - search on "Western Gailes Blvd, 20147" - you will see a lot of construction going on. However, much of that construction was completed over a year ago. And sales data seems to not include ANY of the newer houses. My own street, Panther Ridge Dr., isn't even included in the streets Zillow knows about. And the aerial photo looks to be about two years old.

There were 652 sold properties from January to June in 2009. The total volume was $245,428,323 with the average list price of $376,424 and the average sold price of $357,811. The average days on market was 115. The median price was $268,620.

Currently there are 1,368 listings in Charlottesville and Albemarle County. In the next few posts, we will break all of this down on a monthly basis.

Why, in a neighborhood of 150 twnhms & 38 w/my flrpln, does my twnhse hv the lowest zestimate?

my zestimate is even lower than homes with less square footage, and, presumably, Zillow has access to the same data for all 150 twnhomes in the neighborhood. Something is wrong with the zentimating on my place. How can this be fixed??????
