What websites do people use in Eau Claire?

What real estate websites are people in Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Altoona, and the greater Chippewa Valley using? I am not talking about specific company websites or individual agent sites but rather what informational websites or search sites besides Zillow?

School listed is Oshkosh Correctional, but should be Oshkosh North (public) and Oshkosh / Valley Christian.

My neighbors house is 6 inches from the property line and their retaining wall is 8 feet on our lot

We bought a lakefront cabin 3 years ago. Due to medical reasons we now need to sell. 2 interested parties pointed out that it looked like our neighbors retaining wall was on our lot. After further research we found out that their retaining wall (built in 96') is 8 ft. onto our lot and their house (built in 94') is 6 inches from the lot line. The parties interested both want to remove our cabin and do a year round home with a walk-out basement. This cannot happen with the neighbors encroachment issues because our lot is narrow. The neighbors want to buy the chunk of land they are using, but then that decreases our value significantly and we lose 2 buyers. They told us that due to eminent domain they probably wouldn't have to do anything anymore anyway.Is this accurate? What are my rights? Thank you!

Wow! The first post regarding Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. I'm honored! ;)

There's no doubt it's becoming a buyers market out there - which has my wife and I looking at what's out there. It also makes me worried about trying to sell my current home if we find something we like. I'm considering trying to rent my 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath colonial in the Royal Oaks neighorhood next spring as an alternative to trying to sell, knowing that I won't get what I want for it. I own another rental property in Sun Prairie, so don't fear becoming a landlord. I'm just curious how difficult it will be to rent my house for around $1500 (which wouldn't leave me much cashflow, but enough). Any experience renting single family homes in Sun Prairie ... other thoughts?
