My 30 day zillow house value went down 12,500. My neighbors -500 and +11000. How can that be?

My 2 next door neighbors houses have not depreciated like mine has according to zillow. I don't understand how that is possible. Both of my neighbors are renters none the less...with out of town owners who have not made home improvements.

Crieve Hall - Caldwell Hall?

Wondering if anyone could give me some feedback on the neighborhood that is north of Blackman; specifically the little niche that contains Merrill, Briarwood, and Timberhill. I could not find a Caldwell Homeowners Assoc (like the Creive Hall one) and just wondering if it's neighbor friendly? Are resale values in this area effected by it being in Norman Binkley elem. school vs Crieve Hall elementary? Love to hear from someone in the neighborhood or a realtor experienced w/this area.

I have lived in central Florida for 11 years, and am considering a move to Nashville. As a teacher I would have a higher income, and I think the area is beautiful and would offer more culture than the small city I live in now. As a single father originally from Chicago, though, I am wondering how I would fit in. Could some current or past residents please tell me more about the city and the people who live there?
