The schools listed for my neighborhood are incorrect. How can this issue be resolved?

I was disappointed to see the wrong schools listed; buyers generally check to see which schools serve the neighborhood, The listings show city schools, but we are in Chesterfield County, not the city of Richmond. How can we get the correct schools listed for our properties?

Why is my 2606 southbay drive 23233 valued differently per sq ft than rest of our neighborhood?

Example..We are in the Colonies. Timberline Village 2606 Southbay Dr. (developer decided not to have neighborhoods after ours..The home at 2404 Narvik Ct is more per square ft. than ours. Why the descrepency in the same neighborhood and with different comparisons. Their home is not much larger than ours?

2) How much percent lower of the listing price compared with County Assessment.
