I looked at a lot of neighborhoods (Wash Ave, De Mun, South City) and have found that this area is the best match.
It's close to the Metrolink, near Forest Park, and really close to schools, hospitals and local business and entertainment districts.
It's a really safe and quiet neighborhood, and offers residents a lot of variety in terms of housing options.
This is one of the places I'm thinking about buying from.
