402 Woodway Forest, San Antonio. 78216 is listed for sale on SABOR with asking price of $345,000. Once again zillow has super inflated est. value of $447,000. Does anyone believe these zestimates????? Values in Bluffview are dropping not increasing! How about a little reality.

Squirrel rescue

Hi everyone,

Well spring is in the air and that means new baby squirrels that need help or rescuing. If you find a baby, or a nest that is displaced from trees etc. then please call me. If you try to pick them up, please wear gloves and keep them warm till i can get there. Thanks for your help, and hope to hear from someone.

Community Open House

Thanks to everyone who came to the open house at 22319 Lavaca Creek over the weekend of July 14 to July 15.

We are planning to host another open house on the weekend of July 26, and may end up holding a "community open house" so that people can see all the homes currently for sale in the neighborhood. As of July 15, there are 6 homes for sale by Agents, and one for sale by owner. We will keep everyone posted!
